VITA REDDING 

VITA REDDING (Shields) is the Owner and Lead Coach for TRIBAL LLC.  She notes, "I launched TRIBAL LLC because I wanted to create space in my professional and personal life to do formally what I have been doing informally for most of my adult life and professional career.  I considered the gifts, experience, process, challenges overcome and expertise in the course of my life and coaching was a natural fit. It's a strong sense that I should be helping others through challenges and helping others through the Journey. I love how my clients light up when they get an "AHA!," actionable idea, solution or self-discovery in a coaching session."

Vita develop in Career Coaching skills across 20+ years in human resources and talent acquisition for Corporations and Non-Profits where she has been a trusted partner, helping teams and individuals grow and transition into the next step in their careers. Vita is currently the director of talent acquisition for Ohio's largest behavioral health services organization (OhioGuidestone) where she regularly uses coaching skills in guiding her team and colleagues as needed for problem solving, career development, performance management and brainstorming.

As a Purpose Coach, Vita often uses a host of coaching tools and approaches.  Most of her adult life she has utilized coaching skills, and more intuitive gifts with friends, family, ministry and organizational leadership (Corporate American & non-profit organizations).  Utilizing years of practice and fresh insights within the coaching moments, there is a very fun, natural, nurturing, safe, practical and reassuring vibe to the sessions focused on helping clients understand and find Purpose in their lives.

Vita was a standout in NCAA D1 women's basketball where she holds multiple records and is the All-Time Leading Scorer and Hall of Fame inductee at both Brown University (Providence, RI) and John Marshal High School (Cleveland, OH). In 2018 she was honored as one of 15 athletes to receive "Legend of the Ivy League" alumnae sports honors.

Vita loves most of all, being a mom, auntie, friend and energetic car karaoke singer.
